I am Rinda Rosenberg, LMHC, a psychotherapist and Rapid Resolution Therapy® (RRT) Practitioner with a private practice in Coral Springs, Florida.
My clients say the way I do therapy is way different than other forms of therapy, and that a session with me is a well-spent investment. I take full responsibility for causing change to happen. It’s on me, rather than you. And I clear things at a deeper level than other treatment. You will notice a lift and clarity when you are with me and may even feel that continue, even accelerate over the next few days, weeks.
About my approach - Rapid Resolution Therapy®
Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) is the quickest way I have come across that relieve’s many of life’s problems - all sorts of stuff; disturbing emotions like resentment, guilt or shame, thoughts that intrude on what’s going on, bad habits or avoiding things that you know would be good to do.
It’s painless, too. No dwelling on bad stuff that’s happened, but it’s also super effective.
I get rid of unnecessary fight/ flight reactions and get different parts of the brain paired up. With it all synced together, you can act and think in ways that are responsive to what’s most advantageous to you. No more reacting to stuff.
With RRT I use a specific form of communication that is multilevel. It get’s the emotional brain, which affects what you think, say and do, updated so you are acting in ways that are best for you and for those you care about. You’ll be thinking in ways that are pleasing to think and feeling calm and solid, even when crappy things may be going on.
What my clients love about it is I get a ton accomplished in any one visit.
