I am Rinda Rosenberg, LMHC a psychotherapist and Rapid Resolution Therapy® (RRT) Master Practitioner/Associate Trainer with a private practice in Coral Springs, Florida.
Several years ago, discouraged by how painful and difficult trauma work had been, I almost quit being a therapist. I’d thought there was something wrong with me - maybe I was too sensitive and prone to getting triggered by other people's stuff. Maybe I was too damaged by my own experiences. Or, maybe I was just not good enough.
I’d been scared that I’d screw up. Seriously, my heart would pound, my mouth would go dry. I was afraid my mind would blank, or I’d say the wrong thing and ruin everything.
Rapid Resolution Therapy® (RRT) changed all that and more. It's transformational power cleared away negative effects from trauma fast and without pain. Gone! Other issues sorted out quickly and without discomfort as well.
My practice changed, too. What had felt like hard work before became energizing and exciting. Now I love what I do. It's fascinating and thrilling to watch the changes my clients go through!
About my approach
Rapid Resolution Therapy® (RRT) is a psychotherapeutic approach informed by brain-based science and evidence-based techniques and processes that work synergistically to resolve emotional and behavioral troubles and relieves negative affects from trauma effective fast and painlessly.
RRT is fun, surprising, perspective-changing, uplifting and energizing.
Once I get a sense of what you’ve been dealing with, we'll conceptualize an ideal target for you. What will it be like when what you've been dealing with is gone?
Next, I'll guide you through processes that gently yet powerfully move you towards that target. You may cry a little along the way. Not painful, racking crying, more like release and relief. You may even laugh a bit too.
When you're finished, you'll feel lighter, energized. You'll notice having much more clarity. And, while you'll still be able to recall difficult memories, those energy-draining, life-sucking emotions won't be there.
